Well, to be honest, dunno what to think. Tsunade had her seal full before and so did Sakura, when she got it, yet they still summoned only a part of Katsuyu. I think that probably they could do it with the seal completely unleashed? Not sure though. Here they only opened the seal a bit and were able to do it...
And as I said, I don't think you can summon her all as Shikkotsu forest would remain empty...

While it's true it'd be bigger than a bijuu, I doubt it'd be bigger than the shinjuusenju.

It isn't about increasing 10 times in height, width and length... That would be wrong.
It's just a 10 times increase in volume.

Think of a cube.
Multiply every dimension by 10.

You get a cube of volume a thousand times bigger than the original.

I have to agree that we'll see Katsuyu's full size. There's no reason that this info would be introduced unless it was to foreshadow the eventual summoning of the whole thing. I think Tsunade is underestimating Sakura.

Although I think that at this point it's still a leap of faith to assume Katsuyu is the Elder Slug. We have far too little info to confirm, but it's reasonable to assume that if Katsuyu was Elder Slug she would share SM with Tsunade and Sakura. Katsuyu may very well be largest slug and most powerful summoning in series, but not neccessarly Elder Slug yet.

Naruto mastered it in one day... and he was always sloppy with things. So I am sure that Sakura if she learned it, she did it faster as she's always quicker learner than her teammates due to her chakra control.

kyuubi's massive chakra didn't hurt a small katsuyu back in the fight against pain even chubaku tensei and any other attack, and now some of you think a large raiton technique will hurt katsuyu's main body on 100% size ? I'm sure katsuyu will feel something itching but nothing more.

Exactly. When Kishi is very particular on some thing, he usually builds the upcoming scenario. And I kind of disagree with Tsunad eunderestimating Sakura, in the end, she did say Sakura did well and look at them now, both working with Byakugo. I bet that if Sakura will get SSM [which would go toe to toe with surpassing the previous generation] that will be her element of surprise, something to make Tsunade even more proud of her disciple.

Call it how much you want. Re-read the manga, before stating such things. Naruto went to training and Pein traveled to Konoha in the same day and the next day, Konoha was under attack. He was supposed, indeed, to have master it in a week, but since Pein attacked Konoha earlier, he only had one day to master it. Which he did. Fukasaku even said he is learning SM faster than Jiraiya [or something along the lines].

Actually I read two calculations:

According to Fizz's calculations, the Shinshusenju is ~2,8 KM large, Katsuyu is ~2,4 KM long
According to AGoodBoy's calculations, the SS is ~1,1 KM large, Katsuyu is ~2,4 KM long

we must remember hashirama have sennin mode, which he learned at shikkotsu forest..
so i can't say katsuyy is actually shikkotsu forest but if all summons use natural energy this all is somehow connected to juubi in extent even kishimoto doesnt/cant keep up

He has a shit ton of chakra and it would be intresting to see if its possible

I know it wont be seen for obvious reasons but it would still be cool to see
Maybe one of Sakuras main feats that puts her above Tsunade at the end of the show will be her summoning full Katsuyu
