heres a casual juubi bomb shown to have a much bigger impact than VOTE 2 clash literally the explosion was way bigger than the entire battlefield they were fighting one, you can barely see the juubi.

another thing when the juubi bomb hit the HQ of the SA, the explosion was so big that the SA saw it. they didn't feel no little breeze they literally saw the explosion thats how big it was compared to VOTE 2 clash.

The six rasens used against the meteors were not enhanced with a heck of a ton of natural energy plus Naruto used the kyuubi ashura avatar in order to handle he sheer power of the rasens unlike the six rasens.
