On dbz super, goku is fighting beerus in god mode in outer space. Anybody remember when screw attack had goku fight super man and super man won because he blew up the earth and so goku couldn't breathe in space? Was that wrong? Or does god mode allow him to be alive in outer space?

Yeah I don't like most of their videos. They always make anime lose to all other categories. How the hell does Kirby beat majin buu. They can both absurd things. So then that leaves their base power. Majin buu would kirder kirby
Edit: they made batman lose to Spider-Man. If batman saw he was about to die he wouldn't stay there and die. That's why no one has ever killed him

Goku able to breath in space after awakening SSG power for first time but I believe he able to breath in space in base form given that in DB people can do something that previously impossible to them after mastering their body secret/power.

Bruh, you seen Bardock against Frieza? That's proof that Goku could also breathe in space. Frieza survived Namek's explosion AND being cut in half so Goku is much more resilient than that

Though in the Resurrection of F frieza killed vegeta ssg by blowing up earth, some z fighter confirmed that frieza can survive in space but vegeta cant, so he dead. I'd go with manga and say he can't, even in BoG they were still fighting within the atmosphere, the anime is messing around the plot a lot if you compare it with manga counterpart, but again it's technically cannon so.., personal opinion: I will believe he can't.

Back at Namek wasn't it said Goku couldn't breath in Space that's why Frieza was going to blow up Namek and heal himself while in space since he can breath? But at the same time didn't Vegeta's father confront Frieza in space not wearing any kind of suit?

Bardock could NOT breathe in space, he was floating in the upper atmosphere of planet Namek, he was not in space. The same thing is with Goku and Beerus, as far as the story canonically goes, saiyans cannot breathe in space.
