As I said in the last episode we saw that bolt can see the chakra Network so with this he has the first part of using gentle fist well at least the basics.

he can so far do the GentleFist taijutsu style in some sense (due to Hinata)

but him expelling lethal chakra or sealing, or expelling chakra from any chakra point, etc.... is unknown for us and will likely only get it if

a) his dojutsu is finally manually awakened or gets all the byakugan abilities like MS does for 3T sharingan

b) he also learns to awaken the byakugan for both his eyes like what Hanabi and Hiashi believe he can do with enough training

Did you see the last episode he should be able to if his chakra control is good enough well at least do the basics

He has shown ability to use gentle fist even without dojutsu now with confirmed ability to see chakra system and tenketsu he can fully master it.

He could only see the nues chakra network and it's stated after that event his eyes hasn't turned on again
