Orochimaru at this point is the biggest mystery in the manga, and the main reason I am so excited for new chapters. I can't WAIT to see what he does, and if Tsunade does die. . I hope Orochimaru shows a bit of compassion or saddness at her passing.

But I really can't say, he's most likely there to save the Kages.
