Before Naruto manga offcially ended we got a teaser trailer for naruto the last movie which takes place after the end of the manga. Yet the manga hasn't even ended.

After that we got a boruto movie. a movie about naruto's son where even naruto shippuden hasn't ended yet. they made a boruto movie which takes place wayyyyyyyyyy after the events of naruto shippuden which ended a year after the boruto movie released

Then we got confirmation that boruto anime is coming in april even though naruto shippuden hasn't ended yet. and when did boruto anime air? it aired the week after naruto shippuden ended.

can someone who understands business and marketing explain why SP are in a hurry with all these one after another?

Possibly because it's easier to keep a franchise alive than for it to die and be revived. If Naruto ended and they didn't continue the franchise for three years, by the time they revive the franchise with 'Boruto', most people would have moved on from Naruto to other manga and wouldn't be interested in a continuation. Basically it's easier to continue with the same bait than to retrieve the bait and then reintroduce it later when all the fish are gone

It all seems like a way of hyping Us viewers for the purpose of keeping Us around.

Seeing What Will happen with the next generation before Even naruto's generation's Time is finished is What keeps you watching because it sparks your interest

Had they started Boruto's story long after naruto's ending then maybe viewers would not pay as much attention to it?

Not only is it a cash cow, like someone already said, if they took like a year or so off the hype for naruto/boruto would die out, and people wouldn't really be interested
