I don't think all the red hairs are from the Uzumaki clan, I don't think Gaara is from the Uzumaki Clan, nor Sasori, or Juugo for that matter, Juugo has red hair and Kabuto even mentioned from what clan he comes from, so saying all red heads are from the Uzumaki clan is just a stereotype, yeah the red hair is the trademark of the clan, but nevertheless all the redheads are from it. Just sayin' :shrug:

his birth
he is not an uzumaki
just because other people have red hair does not make them uzumaki

Kushina had lightly shaded hair in the manga than Nagato and Kirin and yet they are all Uzumakis! The Manga comes before the Anime so its naturally right, so who knows, i wouldn't be surprised if Gaara was an Uzumaki (Actually, I would be surprized)

If Gaara was really a Uzumaki then it would have mentioned it in his back story and flash backs. It has never stated that he was an Uzumaki ever. Nagato never had a clan/family name until Tobi revealed it. Which it makes sense because Nagato has an extreme amount of chakara.
