He did, but he could never use Black Chidori. Only Sasuke can use it, because he could use it in his CS V2 form, and now he can use it because of Hagoromo's Senjutsu. And by the way, what Rikudou Senjutsu did Kakashi mention? Is it another asspull, because I don't recall him taking any portion of it... Perhaps Obito's chakra still had some of the Juubi lol.
