There's a few characters which seem to have just dropped off the face of the earth, either recently or have been gone now since like, forever.
For example, Yamato. We know where he is obviously and what's going on, but we haven't heard from him since pretty much the beginning on the Fourth Great Ninja War. We just saw him chilling out in the statue and he's.... well, been chilling there since. Lazy bastard.
Next, Kakashi. Ever since Kakashi and Obito were fighting in the other dimension, and Obito randomly ditched, Kakashi doesn't seem to have returned. What's he doing? Just sitting around going 'Well this sucks. I wonder if the others need my help? I mean, somebody could have become the new jinchuuriki for the Juubi and may be about to destroy everybody. Naaaaah I'm sure they're fine.'
And lots of other characters seemed to have also not been mentioned recently. I mean, when Neji died Rock Lee had that moment where he, you know, kicked Madara in half, but ever since we haven't even seen him. The same really goes for Guy. I know they're not massively important to the plot and all, but we keep seeing every other support character at random points; every team BUT Lee's team had a really awesome moment just after Sasuke arrived. What happened to Lee and Guy, and on that note Ten Ten? They just preparing for another moment of awesome or what?
Anyway, I'm sure there are many other support characters that have just disappeared completely that I've missed. If you've noticed anything, feel free to drop a comment on who the unlucky ninja is and where they were last seen.
