Does Tsukuyomi completely destroy anyone that isn't from the Uchiha Clan? Perfect Jins are obviously affected to, not that they would be able to break the user out anyway, since it all takes place in a matter of a second.

If the opponent can't neg them before they cast the Genjutsu and they aren't an Uchiha who is blood related then there's no breaking out.

Though if anyone thinks people like Hagoromo, Kaguya, Hamura, Naruto, etc., would get taken by this before the Genjutsu User is negged then they need to find the log off button.

We're talking Itachi though here remember. This guy is probably the smartest character in the whole manga, not only that but he is elusive, and deceptive. Catching someone in Genjutsu via means of distraction shouldn't be to hard of a job if you ask me honestly.

We've seen Dodai outsmart Third Raikage with distraction tactics, and it worked perfectly. Now apply that to the world known genius Itachi, and you get something even more devious. Not to mention Tsukuyomi can be manipulated through Crows.

not that there is any proof, but a more experienced RSM Naruto should be able to shroud him self in some special chakra that he was unaware of at the time he first gained his powers, in order to protect himself, similar to the way sasuke shrouded him self in susano

One does not simply break out of an Uchiha kinjutsu without the required requirements eg; Uchiha blood. Hashirama only broke out of Edo Tensei because his chakra exceeded that of Orochimaru's.
