Helping them doesn't equal caring. You can help someone without caring. He helped Naruto and Sakura fight the 10 tails and protect the alliance. Does this mean he cares about the Shinobi Alliance? Doubtful.

Oh I had forgotten what he said there........that means Kishi already showed us Sasuke's intention there, since he said ...not u, but I will kill Naruto.....basically.
So he saved Naruto there in order to kill him later by himself.....and people were saying this fight is an a$$pull. :leaf:

He had to help in the war it was necessary for the world and for his plans while in that occasion it wasn't

Plus he does care for the alliance considering he wants to create peace for them all, he could have become another Danzo and protect only the leaf and consider other villages as nothing but a nuisance

Again, that's not out of caring, that's because he needed to do it in order for his plans to succeeded, which makes it a very selfish-driven decision. Then again, Sasuke is extremely self-centered.

Where did he say he wants peace for all? Wasn't it so that he wanted a better world simply to follow Itachi's footsteps, so that his death (and every decision he ever made) wasn't done so in vain?

Didn't he say "Rebuild a new world for us! One that cannot be tainted by darkness" ?..... Doesn't sound very selfish to me

And again helping Kakashi and Sakura is nothing to do with his plans, he could have left them for dead and it wouldn't affect his goal

Well, the rebuilding a new world untainted by darkness is pretty much Itachi's idealistic world. I wonder how much of it is really Sasuke's idea, you know?

But I agree on the latter bit, helping out Kakashi and Sakura wouldn't have benefitted his plan, yet he did it anyways. So, maybe he cares a little? Unless there's an ulterior motive.
