There's a difference between more chakra than you can ever use in a 30 min battle and unlimited chakra. If Kurama had unlimited chakra then there would be no difference between him an the juubi.

The Jubi doesn't really have chakra. It has the ability to use Natural Energy with the strength of 7 tailed beast. Kurama just has pure chakra. Kurama's chakra is really huge plus his chakra recovers very fast. Naruto with Kurama's chakra could fight for days using big jutsu, theoretically cause Naruto wouldn't be using enough of Kurama's before it could regenerate.

The Jubi's chakra is the world itself. It could use continuous giant chakra jutsu forever. A jinchurriki with that power could control anything it wanted because its chakra is unmeasurable.
