Who can prove that Zetsu can infiltrate Konoha's defenses undetected? As you all know, Konoha, pretty much has a giant bubble around it! So if anyone were to penetrate that bubble, they would be detected instantly! Itachi was the only person outside the leaf who knew how to get past that barrier.

But apparently, it has been done by others as well! You must know, Zetsu travels by moving through the Earth itself! He can even become one with anything organic! On top of that, he has the best jutsus for tracking, impersonating and cloning!
