No. Jugo is now fodder because their combining the Kyuubi and Susano'o. Naruto is using his Sage Mode and it's being used to attack with the fused Susano'o so why would he need Jugo? Also it just wouldn't be a good final attack if some random Taka member was just watching and has no significance to this main story. Which really makes you feel BJ Minato going into full fox mode with his eyes getting pointy for 5 panels and Sasuke getting the CM Susano'o for a chapter really pointless bc they didn't do shit. But third time is the charm!
