160 ended with them walking off from a explosion but ive read wikia and it still says hes alive just quirkless. Hes still the best villain imo. I think it was lame of the league of villains to do that to a guy who cant move but whatever smh. Also i think next arc will be a prison break arc we need more stain his story isnt finished

Yeah I think he burnt his ass up I hated him and his goons especially but I love his quirk though.

They don't kill Overhaul, Tomura cuts both his hands off, making him unable to use his quirk, effectively rendering him powerless, but he outright states he's not gonna kill him.

They didn’t kill him but he’s been reduced to a useless state so we probably wont see him doing anything remarkable again.
