In my opinion, he did.


He was the one to stop Obito by showing him acceptance and love, and a common goal that they share. The other ninja wanted to kill Obito, and could not have done so. But it was Naruto's goal all along to shoulder the hatred in others and end the cycle of hatred.

Currently the "war" is over, and it is a battle between gods. But IMO the war was definitely stopped by Naruto​

He did endure and shoulder the hatred of the War while showing Obito the light and righting some of his wrongs, but it was part of his growth to realize that he couldn't do it alone after the run-in with Nagato and Itachi. Hence why after that he had no issue teaming up with the Edo Hokage and Sasuke, because he matured from this entire ordeal. That's also how he helped Obito during their talk.

Someone should make a T-shirt of Naruto's face right there. Say you want about Kishimoto-san's story, but nobody can deny his artistic skills are on point. Dare I say, best in the game.

Somehow biju chakra of obito clinged to naruto but madara's didnt.
He also got access to obito's memories to play rin wouldnt aprove card.

Yes now all it's left is Kaguya. His clones were the reason they had an upper hand in the war dealing with Zetsus and some Edos. Then Obito was stopped by him.

what he said was later shot down by itachi. and when he got a slap in the face by hinata. he couldnt do it alone...the whole alliance had to pull the juubi out.
