Or can he just warp BIJUU at any given moment? I am aware that he warped himself out of Obitos dimension on his own and without any help from the Kyuubi, but that could just be his constant evolution and mastery of his Mangekyou Sharingan or entering the Kamui dimension changed something in him..

Whether he can without Kurama's chakra is still unknown, but i think he can because i don't think it's possible to fill a bottle of 1l with 2liters of water. What i mean by that is that i don't think it's possible for Kurama to give him more chakra than his body is usually capable to handle, and nothing shows/tells that Kurama gave him more chakra. From what i've read, he only replenished Kakashi who had no chakra left. Now it only depends on the interpretation of everybody

I don't think kyuuby could give him more chakra than his body can take, he just restored it, so kakashi with 100% chakra can warp a bijuu.

Problem with what you say is that we have no proof. Kakashi is not constantly with Kurama. He warped back Hachibi without Kurama on his side. So maybe Kakashi at 100% can, but like i've said, it only depends on interpretations of everybody. It's not something we can really state for sure

To thoroughly answer your question. Kakashi's new found ability to warp in and out of the dimension like tobi does will go away when him and Obito are not together anymore.

Kakashi's recent increase in power is solely from being around obito as stated in the manga not because of his own increase in strength. So for the moment yes he can but that will go away when Obito dies or is not near kakashi.

In other words, Naruto didn't threw that tentacle, they lost it when Kakashi warped it the first time in another dimension to save Hachibi from the Juubi's laser blast
