Naruto was the fastest, Obito's intention was to kill Kakashi untill it's stopped by Naruto.
And the weapons you use doesnt' mean anything, Madara killed Sasuke with a sword, Obito killed Konan with a stick etc...Those are facts, you're just speculating.

Last chapter just talk about a precise moment in a precise circumstance, it was riskly but in the way like Obito said.

People jump too fast on conclusion. Anything else like saying Base Obito is stronger is pure speculations.

That is up for interpretation but this fight doesn't prove it for Kakashi.

No it didn't hinder his fighting skill but it does mean that Obito wasn't going all out as well. He used a fireball when he could've used his larger scale katon to get Kakashi..

Because Obito let him give him a near fatal wound so of course Kakashi "won" the fight but winning the fight wasn't his main objective. Winning the war was so he had to remove the seal and become the Juubi Jinchuriki. You should use the whole scan instead of something you cut out of it.
