Im talking about the feat itself. Obito gave him eyes but he didn't pull any Susano'o. He never used Susano'o even when he was alive so why would this be his feat?

Obito couldn't travel to Kamui Dimension as Juubi Jinchuriki.
Madara traveled to Kamui Dimension with no effort.
Same as how Madara doing something with Obito's eye,

Maybe but the sage giving sasuke his chakra doesn't mean the sage can use the rinnegan shift thing that sasuke has. If obito could do it, it's not because kakashi can, it's because he has double mangekyou sharingan in addition to sage chakra.

The one we've seen so far is Kakashi's PS that was activated through Obito's power. It even looks like Kakashi.
I do believe Obito would've been able to use it if he wasn't in a near death state but I think it would have a different appearance.
My guess is that the Sage chakra Obito got from being Juubi Jin is what allowed him/Kakashi to manifest a PS with just an MS. Since Kakashi acquired Obito's chakra, he recieved the Sage chakra he had as well.
Just a guess anyway.
