I think boredness comes complimentary when joining the rp... i think maybe more people should start doing 3 hour time limit battles again to fix this.

As stated above, follow links to create a custom bio or a character bio. You cannot copy anyone's bio and the character must not already be taken (unless you get permission from original bio holder). Unless the rules have changed.

You also need to be trained how to properly RP and use jutsu. Custom abilities need to be approved. It is fun if you have the time. I am not fun nor do I have the time. Still have bio tho cuz RP is life fam. o-o

You can actually have the same bio as others but it has to be ''reskinned'' meaning it has the same abilities as said bio but it has a different character appearance.
