Zetsu also have Hashi's cell implant inside them but yet Hashirama never used myfly through out his life while it just a normal thing to Zetsu.

There are many techniques we have'nt been shown but it does'nt mean said characters can't use it, we have'nt seen madara's MS techs but it does'nt mean he does'nt have them, plus yamato is different from zetsu yet he used it
