No unless it can copy perfect chakra control, which it cant
Her abilities are because of her perfect chakra control, few are on her level, Tsunade and maybe hashirama are.

They won't be as skilled as Sakura is (No one is except Tsunade).

And the mass healing through katsuyu can only be done by sakura or tsunade

You need sakura or tsunade blood just to summon katsuyu let alone years of storing chakra and using it (which is the top of chakra control)

It probably can copy the simple medical ninjutsu, but it can't copy the Byakugou seal or the Byakugou no jutsu.

the seal is a chakra that is gathered for years in a particular point...there is no sense in asking weather you can copy that..and also yes,medical ninjutsu can be copied..but only the technique..not the proficiency in using it.!

Good question.

Medical ninjutsu is similar to elemental jutsu. It doesn't fall into any of the regular element types like wind, water, earth, etc. It's in a different category of elements which is the binary set: either light or dark (yin or yang). I think Medical jutsu is light. Shikamaru's shadow jutsu is an example of dark-type.

Since one of the sharingan's limits in being able to copy jutsus is that if the user has no affiliation to the proper element to be able to perform it, the sharingan user can't copy it. So for some sharingan users, they might not be able to copy Sakura's medical ninjutsu.

Yes Copy ninjas can acquire the jutsu and be able to perform it with the same level of skill as the person they observed. But the byakugou requires storage of chakra over a period of time. Sakura's took three years. I don't know if the three years was due to Sakura not being a chakra power-machine or if the three years is a real fixed requirement. If it requires three years, then the sharingan-user would not be able to use the tech and heal people at Sakura or Tsunade levels until they have their byakugou charged up.
