Kakashi dose not hold any Tail Beast in Him Like Naruto has. Naruto can created 9 different Rasengan's because He holds 9 different Tail Beast. Kakashi doesn't have any Tail Beast.

Or how about this...imagine kakashi doing a kamui rasengan,once you're hit by the rasengan you're hit by it you end up in another dimension or imagine if kakashi combined rasengan with his kamui shuriken and did what madara did with the ninetails when he used susano'o as the 9 tails armour and combined the susano'o blade with the ninetails bijudamma and launched it spinning towards hashirama,imagine if kakashi could do that but with rasengan and kamui shuriken then it would be like a kamui rasenshuriken .
