Have you seen his rasengan? It's the size of a small stone. Hardly the stuff of legends
You aren't giving Boruto his props Char :/

That's about the same size Konohamaru created when he fought against Pain. Think about this. Both Naruto/Konohamaru used clones to create the Rasengan, and only Naruto was able to make it at a size Minato/Jiraiya and Kakashi could create. Konohamaru was seemingly worse since he actually used clones, and still couldn't make it that large.

Then we have Boruto, at 12, creating the Rasengan with both hands. That's definitely some skill right there. I have no doubt when he gets older, he'll be able to make larger Rasengans. I mean he's already a step there.

I wonder if Boruto will be able to combine both Chidori and Rasengan into one jutsu, I mean Chidori without a dojutsu is a bad idea thanks to the tunnel vision the user gets thanks to the speed.

Naruto could create the rasengan with two hands also.

The problem was hitting a moving target while simultaneously forming the jutsu. In Naruto's case he was trying to hit Kabuto, who equals Kakashi. Naruto couldn't hit Kabuto at his current level. So he used a clone to add weight to the jutsu and decrease the amount of time to form the ball, while his real body kept Kabuto in one place. The clone and rasengan combo worked so well for Naruto, that he just kept using it. Jiraiya told Naruto to figure it out himself, and Naruto did.

Looking at the scans, you're right. Konohamaru's rasengan is pathetic looking. I forgot he could do it.

Maybe he can achieve minato status when he grows up

Wow amazing scans. I'm sure burrito is below naruto now :)

Konohamaru is the true prodigy, he self taught rasengan while burrito needs the two strongest alive to teach him that

Right, but from the looks if it, Boruto doesn't seem to have the same weakness Naruto had with creating the Rasengan and using it at all.

We should be able to tell in the future though.

XD yeah Konohamaru is a disgrace to his Grandfather imo

I think there is a reason why he did that small Rasengan.Looks like he is throwing it at something...

If he can throw it, that would be a breakthrough. He has a baseball poster on his bedroom wall, and it looks like he's tossing like a pitcher.

It's an old trick and its easy. Minato did that without even trying while getting laughed at

Definitely throwing it! Trailer shows it more clearly. Well not so clearly, you need to be clever to notice something like that. It appears you have
