Apparently the kid can use chidori without sharingan while kakashi at a similar age couldn't w/o sharingan. This means bolt might be the next leaf's "number 1" tactician. Kakashi would be proud.

Having the ability to learn quickly and efficiently makes you a prodigy but doesn't exactly correspond to better intellectual capabilities in forming strategies.

And yeah, Mitsuki still negs though.

He told him that he made the chidori because he couldnt mold his nature into the Rasengan.
That means he also knew Rasengan by age 12..

He learned a one of the most complicated jutsu and invented hus own at that age.
