The ppl @ high kage are minato, itachi, sasuke, bee, muu, 3rd raikage, onoki, A e.t.c kakashi is mid-kage @ best. And FYI the bm naruto kakashi warped is not moving at his best speed, and in all of this fight he had back up so using kamui is easier. Him using it 1 on 1 is still risky since he has never used it one vs one offensively.

Kamui taxing his chakra is about the size of the item, im sure he can Kamui a few kunai's ten times, but when it came to a human body it exhausted all his chakra warping it.

that is jutsus which kakashi used before kuarma chakra
he used kamui 6 times on {gedo'head which much bigger than hiuman , naruto clone (human' size) , himself (human' size) , kunai , rasingan , other rasingan as a trick } and used light chain,4 raiki ,earth wall ,clone
so kakashi with full chakra and without use other jutsu , can use kamui 10 times and at least 5 of it on objects as size as human
whatever kakashi doesn't need to warp all the body to kill some one but he only needs to warp a part of his nick as size as nail and this one will die and that don't take any time
