I'm pretty sure they both were not from just their summonings but because of their massive jutsus. Jiraiya used Swamp of the Underworld to sink one of Oro's summoning while he was hindered by Tsunade. Orochimaru summons Rashoumon gates, regenerates like it's nothing, and summons a whole bunch of snakes during his fight against 4-tail Naruto.

of course they do. jiraiya summons the toads like its nothing and still pulls off giant rasengans and decent sized katons and the hair needle jutsu. and orochimaru probably has more as he's able to use his body shedding a bunch of times while sasuke killed off his chakra reserves just to use it once while oro can do it and then continue to summon snakes and the roshomon gates
