Yes. When he put Hashi's meat in his mouth :snick: the Ashura/Indra chakra awaken a small bit of that Rikudo chakra via the Double Rinnegan

Sorta by semi accident.

Black Zetsu deceived him with altering the tablet.

Madara went for Hashirama's dna due to the altered tablet and unlocked the Rinnegan after a while because with Madara having Indra's power and Hashirama Ashura, those powers mixed and became Hagoromo's power.

So yeah, by merging Indra and Ashura.

Madara without his Rinnegan possesses no Six Paths chakra. The Rinnegan possesses the Six Paths power, so Madara with one Rinnegan would have as much Six Paths power as his one Rinnegan possesses.
