Dude you failed. Firstly, when you are talking about Kabuto and his Dragon mode, it seems that you forget that Kabuto used Karins and Suigetsus powers as well in order to fight the Uchiha brothers, what gave him obviously a significant force, secondly they weren't allow to even kill him due to the Edo Tensei which was still around and thirdly Itachi by himself said that he let himself hit by Kabuto purposely, since the Edo Tensei is rendering all damage nevertheless useless.

You always fail by downplay Itachi. With Edo Tensei Kabuto wins without any doubt, without is another question ;D.

Plus kabuto getting two kill shots is a non factor because Itachi being an edo, it didn't matter if he got hit or not.

This is funny. Itachi got "killed" at least twice in the fight, but he just happens to be invincible so that makes him better? *facepalm* i love itachi as much as anyone else, but it's quite obvious that Kishi wanted us to think that Kabuto was in the top 3 strongest along with Tobi and Madara

Well we saw Edo Itachi get killed twice by Kabuto. We saw Sasuke have to save Itachi with that Amaterasu. And this was Edo Itachi. So alive Itachi wouldn't even last that long. He could use Izanami but look how long that took. Edo Itachi already died twice before that. Kabuto has all the sound fours abilities. He got Itachi in genjutsu and Sasuke had to save him. Kabuto could kill him if he catches Itachi in Tayuyas genjutsu. Tsukuyomi can't even work cause Kabuto closed his eye lids. I see too many people put Kabuto below Itachi in their top10. seems like a fail to me.

Lol dude, I think Itachi was killed twice, and saved from being killed once, so altogether his soul was saved three times.

Sasuke was saved twice, once during the BLINDING, and once during the genjutsu BINDING.


Kabuto also dodged an amaterasu arrow the fastets projectile of the series IMO.

Kabuto > Sasuke + Itachi.

Overall, taking all the variables into account, i'd most certainly conclude that Kabuto has the higher probability of winning this fight.

^^True, more especially if we were talking about unhealthy Itachi & not an Edo.

However, fact still remains Itachi trolled Kabuto big time! & now that Orochimaru is back, he just happened to be the biggest sore loser in the Naruto Universe.

Poor Kabuto, I expected so much from him.. Perhaps, this was the price he paid for underestimating the Uchiha brothers.

To OP: Don't make me wrong, I never like it either, but this is Kishi's manga, nothing much we can do about it. *Sigh*

Itachi wanted him to stop Edo, so he could not go all out. Itachi himself was an Edo, so Kabuto couldn't kill him. He most likely wanted to control him again. So i don't know what would have happened if Itachi was alive and went all out since it wouldn't have been the same battle, but going by the fact Itachi succeeded here, i would like to say that Itachi was stronger
