I keep hearing it's based on the manga, rather than the anime? Can anyone confirm this? If so, would that mean we get unmasked Obito also pretty much?

As a side note.....I really hope they have Kisame with his Samehada fully unsheathed as base this time and a faster moveset. Also maybe have him look like this also; with no cloak or headband.

When people say storm 3 is based on the manga and not the anime they mean the game wont add in the filler material is all,the game still waits on the anime to find out voices n moves so on so forth.
