I have come across a couple of people profile with different tags such as: Kage, Jounin, Genin ect

I was wondering what this means.

Also how to change the one I own or Increase my level.

The rank is for the RP, which I do. You increase rank by raising post count. Unless you RP, its useless and is only there for cosmetic purposes.
