Snowing in your country?

I hate winter. I don't know why I was born in a weather I hate?

I live in California.

It doesn't snow here like ever Lol

We did get a lot of rain recently though.

I would like to live in a country that has snow. I am from Cabo Frio, Brazil, and in Christmas I will be 5 minutes from the beach in a 30C degrees of temperature. Santa must wear shorts here.
