I have learned, that our techniques revolve around, the manipulation of cells, in order to extend our dormant halves outside our body into their body parts. Furthermore, we have the ability to heal ourselves, by creating new cells,, and we can also destroy others bodily cells

Sakon:Good, thats the bases of our Kekkai Genkai. We'll start by teaching you the most important part of Souma no Kou
Ukon:Splitting into your own separate bodies.
Sakon:The dormant brother, while inside his brother should use his chakra to allow his body to harmlessly blend through their host body, allowing their DNA to pass through each other without harm. So focus your chakra and try to move out of your host body fully.

The brothers slowly but surely separate into two bodies.
Sakon: Good, I'm glad their were no complications
Ukon: Especially since neither of us are Med-nin
Sakon: Now then, next step is learning to heal.
Ukon walks over to the newly separated body of Madoushi and with a quick movement of his hand and a hidden kunai in his grips creates a deep slash wound across Madoushi's upper arm.
Ukon: Now then *licks blood off the kunai* repeat the process of merging but enter your brother's body this time and then get comfortable. Once fused you'll require some chakra from your brother to help accelerate your cellular regeneration process aka heal faster. A simple wound like that will heal quickly but the dormant twin will be unable to help you as he heals.
Now theirs currently two versions of the splitting technique on the jutsu list, the original D rank one
and an A rank one that mentions Kabuto's use as well, I think either of them would work but feel free to check with a mod about it if you'd like, i've asked around before and got no definitive answers

Description:
The Twin Demons technique allows Sakon and Ukon to merge and unmerge their bodies together using their kekkei genkai. Typically, Ukon is dormant within Sakon's body, with only his head protruding from the back of Sakon's neck, although he can move freely inside of and protrude any part of his body parts from anywhere on his brother's body. The core behind this technique is the ability to reconstruct and deconstruct ones DNA to merge with anothers. While Sakon and Ukon possess this ability naturally, Kabuto Yakushi was able to copy it to enable him to access the DNA and the abilities and techniques of the other Sound Five Ninjas. Each time Kabuto switches between the abilities of each of of The Sound Five, he needs to activate this ability. Off course Kabutos usage is imperfect but mainly because he's using DNA copies of the Sound Five and not real living counterparts with the same ability. Because of this, he can never let any of the Sound Five unmerge from his body completely, otherwise the DNA material would perish and not function, as it takes its sustenance from Kabuto himself.

(Hiru Saisei no Jutsu) - Leech Regeneration Technique

Chakra cost:30(+10 per turn regeneration)
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique is a unique ability of the soumu no ku kekkai genaki in which it allows the ability to restore any physical damage done to one of their bodies whilst they arte merged together and sharing one of the bodies. During the time this technique is active the user cannot use the Kekkai Genkai's abilities and must rely on the Host body to attack.
Note: Cannot perform Soumu no Ku techniques or abilities for 1 turn whilst the regeneration process happens.
You'll probably want to save this somewhere to use since I can't find it on the jutsu list anymore.

Sakon: While fused together, the host body throws a punch and the inner body sprouts their fists from the sides of their arms rapidly in order to deal a powerful three fisted blow.
Ukon: The same can be done with kicks, throw a kick and the inner body can cause both of their legs to sprout from the sides of the host leg in either direct kicks or other directions depending on what you need.

Yep, pop hands out of the arm but partial unmerging like this is done in free form except for these jutsu
