Snake Summons
Snakes are basically one of the main summons in Narutobase, having been used by characters like Orochimaru, Kabuto, Sasuke and Anko. They're basically one of the two summons that use natural energy or Sage Mode, other being toads. Snakes are basically reptiles having no legs and move on the ground in a zigzag manner using their muscles. Snakes are of different sizes, with small one being normal real life size and giant snakes like Manda who stands at the same height as Gamabunta even when large part of his body is on the ground. Snakes have venom.
Snake Ninjutsu
As for Snake Ninjutsu, I don't know as much but these are basically techniques that can only be performed by signers of snake contract. Techniques that were shown in anime and manga, like shedding of skin by manda or thousand hand snakes used by Anko or Kabuto. There are many others but I think this should suffice....

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyodalja) - Summoning Technique: Giant Snakes
This technique lets you summon a wide range of snake sizes, species, etc. It can vary from 10m to 100m long. Though, they don't have any distinct abilities other than being resistant to B-rank damage if they're bigger than 50m.

Description: The user will summon a generic Giant Snake whose size can vary from a 10 meter long snake to ones the size of a boss summon, rivaling 100 meters long. These snakes vary in appearance and size and serve only as basic warriors, having only the normal characteristics of snakes. Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and, when big enough (about 50 meters long) they can take up to B-Rank damage.

Basically simple summon that helps to summon snakes of various sizes. Since they have no special abilities there only use is to summon them and protect yourself from an attack (Use them as shield), or you can use these snakes for distraction.
