After 10 long months....Oh well, these snakes do possess some super "human" snake strength. Capable of lifting even a 1 ton opponent U_U

Strong points
The best way to attack my opponent would be to first distract him from in a way while engaging in close combat and then quickly make use of this attack to capture him off. This technique can only be best used when the opponent is paralyzed as he may even provide a rudimentary counter to it.
Ways to counter this technique
As soon I would notice the snakes coming out of the sleeve, I would probably use a powerful wind blast technique which would have the capability of blowing back my opponent along with the snakes thought that technique must be above B-Rank since the snakes would have the capability of withstanding something below that rank they are made of. Or even using a chakra infused sword would allow me to cut off the snakes head in case I am fast enough to react.
You Doing the jutsu
As I close upon my opponent, I draw off the blood from my thumb finger and rub it on the snake tattoo which I have on my forearm. With that part done, the snakes are summoned and they slowly come out of the sleeve. In that time frame, I deliver a punch in the stomach using my left hand in order to impale my opponent. With him immobile, I allow the snakes to come of my sleeves and lift my opponent in the air. In that process, the snakes use their long bodies as a whip to continuously attack my opponent while some are injecting venom in him in order to restrict his movements. The work being done, the snakes poof in a smoke cloud causing them to return back wherever they came from.

- The snakes are practically come out of the sleeve so could be like a surprise for the opponent
- It doesn't matter how heavy the opponent is, the snakes can lift him
- In form of attacking, it can use it's lengthy body not only to use it as a whip, but also inject it's venom so as to slow down the opponent
- The attack would be foreseen in case the opponent possesses chakra sensing or a doujutsu
- According to the description, the snakes can only begin attacking when the opponent is being lifted in the air so he can kill them off quickly before they attack
