By channeling their chakra into the ring, it glows bright green and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (withing reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against a A rank jutsu, the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus.
Note: Have to be taught how to use the ring by Blake Belladonna
Note: When creating weapons and shields it counts as a move.
Note: If the ring comes off the user it deactivates and the user must wait 3 turns so it can charge.

Korra takes a kunai with a flash bomb attached to it. She than throws it to your left and having it aimed to land 1 meter from your left. As it hits half way towards you Korra has it go off blinding you for a couple of seconds. As soon as you get blind Korra does the Tiger sign trapping you in a genjutsu where your vision starts whitening out till you believe you are now blind from the flash bomb.

As they are released their scales start changing becoming black and yellow and constantly giving off electric sparks. When the snaeks get you they bind you and bite down onto you giving off an electrical discharge at the same time shocking you to the point you become paralyze. The snakes also bite down and give off a discharge inside your body causing more internal damage like organ failure.

The snakes will than go by elemental rank difference in strength and weaknesses. This works on every snake used in snake ninjutsu like using thise with multiple hidden snake hands all the snakes scales would change.
Fire - The scales on the snakes will be fiery red (pic) when infused with fire chakra. The scales give off fire making it where if they bind an opponent they burn the opponent causing 3rd degree burns. The snakes fangs can also give off fire giving them burning properties when they bite down into opponents burning them in the inside of the area where they bite down.
Water - The scales on the snake will be light blue and white (pic) when infuse with water chakra. The snakes when they bind someone they can have water form from their scales and have the water injected into the opponent causing irregular breathing to an opponent. The snakes can also have the water form behind them extending their length by 5 feet.
Lightning - The scales on the snake will be black and yellow (pic) when infuse with lightning chakra. The snakes scale will be constantly giving off electric sparks. When they wrap around opponents they can all give off an electrical discharge at the same time shocking the opponent to the point they can become and paralyze. The snakes can also bite down and give off the discharge inside the opponent's bodies causing more internal damage like organ failure.
Earth - The scales on the snake will be gray and hard as rocks (pic) when infuse with earth chakra. The scales are as hard as rocks and gives the snakes able to do more blunt damage and cause broken bones and deflect ninja tools. When the snakes wrap around the opponent the opponent they can cause broken bones and internal damage.
Wind - The scales on the snake will be light green (pic) and have a constant wind breeze come out from their scales. The snakes can give off a sharp blast of wind that can cause deeps cuts on the opponent. .
Note: Usable 4 times a match.

Note: Can only use 1 element at a time and requires a 2 turn cool down between usage.

Jiraiya has his bisento and stuff to be awesome. So as you release your kunai with the flash bomb he throws a kunai with an explosive tag with his right hand aimed at the flash bomb, and now uses super epic skills. He has his right hand on his bisento on his back releasing wind all around him pushing up to mid range from him thanks to his weapon and gaining one rank. As he does this holding his staff with his right hand, he activates the explosive tag with his left hand. So the tag goes off and the activates the flash bomb at the same time but due to the wind pushing the wall of fire towards you, the flash would blind you as you do your handseal, this wind moves fast as a wall of fire, and the wall of fire blocks the flash from blinding me:

It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

So with the fire wind blast coming at you at high speeds of A rank power, you're blinded but Jiraiya would of still been bound in your genjutsu, he didn't need handseals for his wind so he would of pulled that off in time. As Jiraiya's vision begins to blur he needs to increase his other senses to be able to keep up in combat, and so he releases as surge of chakra through his body activating his sixth sense, this creates a spike in his charka that will break the genjutsu, as he does this coming to his hightened sense he causes a gyser of oil to shoot up from below you sending you into the air. Activating his sixth sense is next to instant so he'd do this as you'd defend from his wind wall he release then as you do the gyser sends you into the air and due to the sparks of the fire in his wind jutsu would ignite too(as soon as you threw the kunai you started the timeframe, same as when i throw mind and use the wind):

As Korra is still blind she was able to get off her genjutsu. She feels heat coming towards her her skin starts being covered in scales from Manda. The scales would protect her from the fire wall and the geyser combo completely. Due to them being Manda scales the scales would totally protect her and still be on her body as the jutsu is A rank.

Description: The user will channel their chakra through out their entire body. By being able to summon Manda the user will summon a layer of Manda's scales that covers their entire body giving their body the strength of Manda's scales. The scales will be able to take up to A rank jutsus and is able to take one S rank jutsu but the user will have to shed the scales off their skin to survive it. The user will be able to get rid of scales anytime they chose but than won't be able to use this jutsu again for 3 turns.
Note: Last for 2 turns

As Korra lands on back on the ground after being knocked into the air, she releases her mueton chakra into the ground in order to send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction after doing 3 handseals. This mountainous wave of blackened earth will spread out from her position in a circular motion (360 degrees around him) which will crush anyone and anything in its wake, as well as devastate the terrain on an unimaginable level. The wave of coal will grow in height as it spreads out, leaving the resulting effect as a massive crater in the middle of the battlefield, the center point of the newly formed crater being the her position. The movement of the rampaging wave will continually scatter and suspend massive amounts of coal dust in the air which will explode into a maelstrom of crimson flames due to the friction generated by the wave moving against the ground. This process of ignition and explosion of the produced coal dust will continually repeat itself as the wave travels outwards in a radial manner, meaning anyone nearby is prone to being caught within the explosion and consequently being set ablaze.

Description: The user will release their mueton chakra into the ground in order to send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction after doing 3 handseals. The reason this technique poses no threat to the user is that the wave will need to gather enough momentum before generating the necessary frictional force to ignite the clouds of coal dust, meaning the wave will be a considerable distance from its creator before the first outburst is initiated (just beyond the boundary of short-range). All surfaces will be capable of producing a spark due to the friction created but certain terrains (e.g. wet areas, sandy terrains, etc) will result in the ruby-coloured flames being extinguished almost as quickly as they were produced. Since the wave ignites the coal dust the moment its produced, it is unable to harmlessly disperse into the environment and instead enhances the ruination this technique brings to the battlefield. The technique will consume all the coal in the field, self igniting it as it self ignites itself, leaving the field clear of coal but completely scorched.

Snakes are sneaky U:U

As Korra is still blind she was able to get off her genjutsu. She feels heat coming towards her her skin starts being covered in scales from Manda. The scales would protect her from the fire wall and the geyser combo completely. Due to them being Manda scales the scales would totally protect her and still be on her body as the jutsu is A rank.

The user will be able to get rid of scales anytime they chose but than won't be able to use this jutsu again for 3 turns.

As Korra lands on back on the ground after being knocked into the air, she releases her mueton chakra into the ground in order to send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction after doing 3 handseals. This mountainous wave of blackened earth will spread out from her position in a circular motion (360 degrees around him) which will crush anyone and anything in its wake, as well as devastate the terrain on an unimaginable level. The wave of coal will grow in height as it spreads out, leaving the resulting effect as a massive crater in the middle of the battlefield, the center point of the newly formed crater being the her position. The movement of the rampaging wave will continually scatter and suspend massive amounts of coal dust in the air which will explode into a maelstrom of crimson flames due to the friction generated by the wave moving against the ground. This process of ignition and explosion of the produced coal dust will continually repeat itself as the wave travels outwards in a radial manner, meaning anyone nearby is prone to being caught within the explosion and consequently being set ablaze.

Description: The user will release their mueton chakra into the ground in order to send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction after doing 3 handseals. The reason this technique poses no threat to the user is that the wave will need to gather enough momentum before generating the necessary frictional force to ignite the clouds of coal dust, meaning the wave will be a considerable distance from its creator before the first outburst is initiated (just beyond the boundary of short-range). All surfaces will be capable of producing a spark due to the friction created but certain terrains (e.g. wet areas, sandy terrains, etc) will result in the ruby-coloured flames being extinguished almost as quickly as they were produced. Since the wave ignites the coal dust the moment its produced, it is unable to harmlessly disperse into the environment and instead enhances the ruination this technique brings to the battlefield. The technique will consume all the coal in the field, self igniting it as it self ignites itself, leaving the field clear of coal but completely scorched.

Jiraiya watches as you're launched into the air in a pillar of oily fire but can see that you go unharmed, this simply will not do, the power of the toads shall prevail Viva la toads! Anyway, Jiraiya doesn't wait for you to land to continue his assault. Your scales took A rank damage so far at this point, meaning any more damage and well, you get the idea. BBQ snake!!! But anyway, Jiraiya starts by being sneaky himself. He releases his fire chakra into his opponent increasing your body temperature. Now best thing about this is you will assume it was a failed defense by your scales feeling the heat building in your body. He increases your body heat dramatically causing you to lose focus as your fall, making your feel like you're in an oven being cooked alive in your scales. If you don't do something quick you'll pass out in the next few seconds. If you release you scales the flaming pillar of oil will take you. And to top it off you're blind.

As Jiraiya raises your body heat he releases his chakra into the air above you causing it to smash down into you hitting you into the ground with pure force, well, hitting you in the burning oil all around you. This hit is enough to add onto the initial A rank attack of the oil, rendering your scales useless, you're on the verge of passing out due to the heat in your body, and you're in a bath of burning sage oil:

So I totally had a Med Jutsu to use but it requires me being on the ground >_>

As Korra is in the air she starts to feel her inside start to rise in temperature. As it keeps getting hotter Korra can feel the heat coming from below her coming still. Korra channels water chakra throughout her body which would overpower the fire chakra in her body and stop the heating up. Korra than moves down and to her left avoiding the geyser and moving at the end of short range of the oil so that once she lands she can literally just walk away from the fire.

The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.

Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

Description: Orochimaru fused the cells of hashirama senju, as well as the dna of Pein's giant bird summon, into the genes of Manda. The snake is half the size of Manda with wood platelets for scales. It has the ability to use Wood jutsus. And it has wings allowing it to fly. Given its size, it is able to fly with the added weight of 3 people, of Orochimaru's build.
~Wood jutsus require the use of said jutsu, and count toward the maximum 3 jutsus per turn as per Rei's R&R
~Can only be summoned once per battle
~The snake flies at the speed of Pein's giant bird
~The snake can only stay on the field for 5 turns

Jiriaya knew what his opponent would do, he'd been expecting it all along and Korra had fallen for it, once more trying to avoid his oil as he pushed himself down to short range of the oil. What a mistake it was. (i did tell you i knew how i was going to react) as you go down to the ground, you'd still be blind as only a couple of seconds had passed since your flash bomb had gone off on you, now Jiraiya decided to finish you of. As you go to move down to your left, he release his chakra under his pillar of flaming oil, creating it just so it's touching the pillar on your side of it. Now here is the fun part, when water touches hot flaming oil it explodes in a malestorm of fire, so as you're coming down the pillar forms and the oil fire explodes out in your direction. You'd have no idea until it's too later, still blind from your flash bomb you'd only feel the heat of the pillar that was already there (until it's too late) your scales gone you're defenseless, the sound of the water pillar masked by the flaming oil as the flames spread out engulfing you in the fiery explosion.
