Well it's roughly the equivilant of frog Kata but for snakes and without SM .-. it's used after signing the snake contract, with it the signer can perform different set of techniques that are related to snakes, most of the techniques relate to releasing snakes from the body, that usually catches opponents off guard acting as surprise attacks. Users are pedophiles, specifically orochiamaru and kabuto, the nasty people *whistles innocently*. Other than I guess with snake ninjutsu we can adapt some of the snakes abilities, similar to SM, but to a much lesser extent, if not cannon through customs then xD

Ways to counter this technique: Like evey Jutsu on the list .-. it's a weak living creature that spends 40 percent of it's time on the field flying from the users sleeve. I can use simple earth technique to slam into it or trap it even, I can even use the rock fist tech to punch it away from me xD Of course I must be careful about it's bite.
Me doing the Jutsu: Through amassing and gathering chakra, I swing my right from down to up in a vertical manner, sending in the process a snake from my sleeve towards the female woman. The snake would fly in the sky and bite into the ones Vagiga (O_<) Soon after that it bites into her feet, the snake then coils itself around the feet of the woman causing them to 'lock up', this would prevent feet movement from the woman, also if she attempted to move, she will most likely fall.
Question: What's the size of the snake and whats it color?

- Can be countered by basically anything due to it's rank.

Ways to counter this technique: I can move out of the way by means of pillars or movement techniques like hurricane fist. Or I can attack my opponent and counter at the same time, for example I can spit out the A rank golem, the golem slams into the snakes and continues to pound the opponent.
Me doing the Jutsu: After building up and maintaining a suitable chakra output, I thrust my hand forwards towards the female clone, through the thrust snakes emerge from my sleeves. The snakes travel through the air towards the clone, some coil around her feet and bite on here toes, others hit the woman's nipples and suck bite onto them, and a portion constrict around the woman's head blocking her view from myself. The snakes would then converge on the legs and hands preventing movement, leaving the woman vulnerable

It would shed it's skin, creating a 'shield', the skin would retain it's 'posture' 'selling' the move to the opponent. Not only does that happen, no, the snake would burrow into the ground, it would make it's way towards the clone, it would appear behind her, silently emerging. The clone would be led to believe that the attack was successful, but when all seems good, fodder snake 9014920 bites onto her bottom O_<

Question How long is the shape of the snake retained? Meaning how fast does it 'deflate'? Also does this count towards the allowed subs per battle?

For counters have a way to sense the opponent so once he does the jutsu just do another large scale attack on the snake since it cant do it again.
The shape of snake retains for a couple seconds basically it falls apart as the opponent ends his jutsu. This is going off the fight between Oro and Jiraiya. And as the sub if your with the snake when it does then yes if you have the snake does while your away from it then no. I will make sure of this tho as the jutsu might get updated.

Me doing the Jutsu: Upon hearing the orders, I swing my arms in inwards moving arc pattern, releasing in the process several snakes that 'detach'and attack your clone in multiple areas of the body, specifically the face, arms, and the stomach. Soon enough the snakes would move to a lower angle then launch upwards moving your clone into the air. After sending the clone into the air, the snakes would detach and 'approach' your clone attacking her in a circular manner, after that they disperse.

Using your chakra in both your arms, turn your hands into huge number snakes that hit my clone upwards. have one snake grab my clone with its jaw so it will drag them into a pile of snakes. Then using your chakra send out a pulse of chakra to have all the snakes detonate creating an explosion .

I move in towards the clone and cause the snakes to attack her in various spots, after that the snakes hit the clone upwards, one snake moves further out from my hand and grabs onto your clone's jaw, the two would hit the ground, the snake would then drag the clone into the man cave, in which a group of snakes were summoned when I initiated the technique, after a few moans and groans, I send a pulse of chakra through the ground towards the cave, specifically towards the pile of snakes, this leads to them exploding.
Q: Can the pulse be sent through the air, water, and other mediums other than the earth?

They would also crawl on her body, restricting movement of hands through coiling on them, they would also wrap around the neck and tighten, this would cause loss of air, and sooner or later suffocation.
