I figured nobody else would know what you were talking about. It'll take a while for anybody else reading to catch up.

If Oro wants to keep his secrets then he needs to hide. At some point some point he'll make his move.

In order to make this a fair fight he'll need to either:

Grab Samehada
Grab a new fruit from the Shinju (one grows every thousand years and one might be due)
Transmigrate into Sasuke
or cover his tracks in order that nobody notices that the Third Mizukage was absent ….and so we end up in part three.

BZ has the new dimension that he wanted so he'll also have to be reunited with his master.

I figure it's a long way off before everything comes together for Oro. Hagoromo also needs to free his mother. I'm hoping there'll be feathers flying. We've already seen the beginning of the battle in the struggle between Snake and Garuda in Obito's body:

I'd just like to point out my theory on the identity of the 3rd Mizukage. This is quite a long thread and some of it is probably out of date but I go into the potential identity of the Third Mizukage. He is the only Kage that is neither alive nor was resurrected from the Pure Land by Hagoromo:

The Third is the one likely to have instituted the Bloody Mist. We don't know why he wasn't raised as an Edo by Orochimaru or Kabuto and we weren't sure it was him before today. He looks like Oro at the Gokage meeting. Sorry ...

So, I googled Third Mizukage and his identity is shrouded in total mystery. His reign was before Yagura's reign when Madara took control over the Village and started the Bloody Mist Village.

He was present at the first Gokage meeting and stood behind the First Mizukage. Everyone else at that meeting ended up as a Kage.

Yeah, he was a mysterious one. Third Mizukage is on the third row to the left. Could the one to the far left possibly be an older version of the mysterious fellow who was behind the First Mizukage?

No, you're right…my mistake .

The Third Mizukage being resurrected rules out Oro actually being the Third physically but it doesn't rule out Oro having Transmigrated into his body temporarily. Oro posed as Gaara's father for a while, he might have done the same with the Mizukage. Or… he might not have had anything to do with the Mizukage. I still think the Bloody Mist is a mystery though. There's also something of a mystery over why Kabuto didn't raise the Third Mizukage as an Edo. This is the first we knew for sure it was him and I still think he looked like Oro in his youth.

I got excited prematurely. Most of the rest of the theory stands up regardless. Need to wait for more information to know for sure, I'm afraid.
