I'm just going to list things
Snake info:
- snakes can be of venomous nature meaning deadly if bitten by them.
- they can also be all sizes, lengths and colours.
- some have unique scales that differentiate abilities as well.
- some kill things by strangulation.
- they can be summoned in both handsigns or with the tattoo.
- some have sensing abilities which allows them to sense heat and or vibrations.
- snakes like toads have a safe mode which enables the user some snake abilities.
- they also have snake art jutsu's which are very nice.
I'm sure there's more but I am limited with time today. Tell me if I missed some things please.

Well I am unsure I believe a tattoo is fine. Kinda a rebel aka one man army aka the best in the world. Anyways yeah let's do some skin markings. How about on the back of my left hand and right hands.

Mashies proceeds to bite her thumb like a vicious zombie, she then proceeds to form the necessary hand signs. Once she finished the hand signs she wipes the blood on her thumb across the top of her right hand. Errr ah summoning jutsu? a large poof of smoke startles Mashiro and she hops back a few steps, noticing how much chakra she had just used this goddamn snakes was larger then Korra described. Sensei you lied its soooo Scurry. Help it's looking at me like dinner! Bad snakey she walks over and kicks the one looking at her.

Mashiro biting her thumb skin slightly to draw blood, wipes the blood across her tattoo on her right hand. She performs a series of hand signs and summons a dual headed snake that can add an extra set of eyes to prey on the weak. With a poof of smoke the bulky looking twin headed snake appears with one head looking at me and the other at Korra. Sensei it can look left and right at the same time! Smells kinda funny though.

It does damage but the damage is like how we calculate damage for kunai and shuriken ^^

Doing the same process imagine summoning a 70 meter snake that has 3 heads. Once summon have it destroy some of the trees in this forest.
Mashiro performs the necessary summoning methods. Slams her hands to the ground and watches in amazement. Poof a cloud of smoke and a huge bodied snake appears with three heads and there faces are cover with a fabric mask. Mashiro points to the snake and then points at the tree's 15 yards away. Destroy my preciousssss.

Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

Mashiro listens closely even to all the warnings. alright summon the boss and try to make friends sounds easy enough������. Mashiro starts by biting the tip of her thumb, then wiping the blood across the top of her right hand. She places her hands on the ground and yells. Summoning Please Do Not Eat Me Jutsu. with an immense amount of smoke rising up Mashiro gasps at the true size of Manda. Good lord he's like fifty Giant Akimichi's. Manda looks at Mashiro with a glare. Without word Mashiro begins running about screaming. Sensei you lied he's huge I cannot control him. Watch out! she stops and stares as Manda never paid her any attention at all. Never mind false alarm hahaha.

Mashiro swings her arm extending it forward the snakes coil out from my sleeve, and proceed to wrap around the neck of Korra's clone. They squeeze with great pressure. I think proceed to pull on the snakes to send you flying towards me. I strike the clone with a roundhouse kick to the forehead, once the clone is wishing distance.
How fast is this method as most times it's shown is pretty fast but it's like they skip the summoning process?

Understanding the situation Mashiro performs the summoning from her arm. She bit her thumb slightly drawing blood and swipes it acrossed her tattoo on the top of her hand. The snakes came directly from her left arm and spotted the clone near instantly. Having two extra sets of eyes to scour the field help with this. Pouring a slight amount of chakra to the snakes they were able to shoot out projectiles from their mouths. Incapacitating the clone in the chest and forehead.
Basically a two move combo. I can think of numerous other ideas from this simple idea.
