Thank you. *_* You say you are not good at CnC, yet you pointed out really important things!I love smudges.
I think yours could use a little sharpening near the render, and maybe some bluring far from it, so it will give the sense of depth (since the pattern of the smudge is the same).
But I'm not good at CnC at all; I like the outcome as is too.
Thanks! Yep, I suck at blending, especially when it comes to smudge tags but I'll try to impove. *_*Ohh!The smudge is very good. The only problem here is the render it doesnt blend very well with the tag, also lower the lightning opacity a bit.
Thanks! *_*Looks great to me. :')
The size is weird, I admit that. You need it to be resized?
Oh, get what you mean about that smudge that are connected with focal. I could only do stocks like that. I have no idea how to make that from scratch. I mean, I know but it's to hard for me right now. They're nice. A little bit more sharpening of the render would've helped.
I have a very specific personal preference when it comes to smudge tags though. I like it when they have a flow and are connected to the render instead of just being BG. Now of course you can smudge the BG and do what I just suggested at the same time. Of course, like I said, it's my personal preference.
Smudging could also be worked on. The blue outlines are kinda weird because the gray part sometimes overlaps them. The blue outlines also have differing shapes. (The blue part, instead of being having the same kind of... To explain better imagine this is the blue part: ====, without the spaces in between. Anyway, imagine that one equal sign is smaller than the other. That's what I mean.)
Last thing, is your caps lock broken? XD
Thanks!It's good, I like it.
Just as I envisioned.
The size is weird, I admit that.
I'll edit later.
:bouncy:
I am always afraid of toomuch-sharpening when I am doing smudge tag. I don't know why... And that's problem. The different shapes you implemented are nice, I like em and the way you've smudged is delicate and smooth, which I'm also liking.
I think the tag needs a bit more sharpening, maybe a raw sharpening with the opacity turned down to about 40%.
Also, a few colorlookup layers along with some other adjustments would improve the appearance of the tag, imo.
I'm not fond of the light textures, I feel they're too large, maybe some smaller ones would be perfect. That's just me nitpicking though :3
I do like the vignette effect you used with the darkening layer though.
Anyways, good job![]()
Thanks a lot!The smudge is good. You Should smudge around the render to blend it in. that's all for your work, i think its very nice.
I swear to god Horus knows exactly how you make something just by looking at it. Wtf is up with thatThe different shapes you implemented are nice, I like em and the way you've smudged is delicate and smooth, which I'm also liking.

OMG!!!! Thanks you! <3I'm a total zero at smudging so i'll just say "Holy sh*t,amazing!* lol
With all honesty,it's really a well done,Azu![]()
In case you didnt know it, after sharpening an image, you can fade the sharpening, go to edit -> face sharpen, that way you can sharpen it as much as you want. Sometimes sharpening it once isnt enough, but twice is too much.I am always afraid of toomuch-sharpening when I am doing smudge tag. I don't know why... And that's problem.
And yeah, lol I wanted bright tag and I ended up making it too bright.
But, thanks for CnC, Horus-san!
I will really pay attention on this one when I start working next tag. Thanks again. <3
Tnx, darl! <3Pretty nice.
Ye, I know about it, but tbh, I've never tried to use it. LolIn case you didnt know it, after sharpening an image, you can fade the sharpening, go to edit -> face sharpen, that way you can sharpen it as much as you want. Sometimes sharpening it once isnt enough, but twice is too much.
Anyway it is a great smudge non the less. I am just not a big fan of the font used for the text, but that is my opinion.
