u know that gif of smoker vs vergo,in the manga smoker got owned by vergo waaaaaaaay quicker then the anime.

You do realize the Smoker vs Vergo fight was really only shown 3 times and 2 of those times had Smoker coming out on top...if anything the anime made Vergo look better.

Well considering he's taken 2 hits from Gear 4th and is still able to fight even after having his internal organs ripped apart I'd say tanking would be a great expression to use.

He is an admiral. He has hit. Doesn't matter if Croc is stronger, the gap between Akainu and Croc is as big as the gap between Zoro and the Yeti Cool Bros. Also, we don't know if Zoro had CoO activated.

Several hits from Vergo was enough to beat Smoker, so how does Smoker survive a few G4 hits? Smoker doesn't have the feats to suggest he can dodge G4 Luffy and he will get manhandled.
