Hence i restricted Smoker's intangibility

And we're not giving him something he didn't show or even implied to possess
The fact that you have to remove Smoker's intangibility should give you your answer.

Smoker could take a Haki-infused blow from Hancock without any visible injury, I doubt Luffy can sufficiently damage him to take him out even with this no intangibility thing.

Intangibility isn't fair to measure the difference in combat ability, hence it was restricted
In haki**, Sure you can say he defeated Chinjao but he was far out of his prime and Luffy still defeated him mid-diff. Vergo could go full body CoA since Law was a child. I don't think he's that out of his prime either like Chinjao was. Luffy's is getting outclassed by Doflamingo, I doubt he won't be able to defeat his first mate. Vergo would defeat Luffy high-extreme diff.
Are you implying Law low diffs Luffy or something?

Nope .

Did I say I was giving him CoO feats. better than Luffy's?

We haven't see Vergo's observation haki.

If he had an ounce of observation haki he would have dodged law's final attack.

Vergo heavily underestimated Law. We've seen how fast vergo was when Law tried getting his heart back. He did it pretty casually as well.
you're just further proving my point. When vergo is that fast, with little haki he could have dodged law's attack.

Not if he has the lack of speed.
he's actually faster than law

Stronger than Luffy is one thing(even if i disagree, it's not out of the realm of possibility), but stronger to the point of one-shoting him is another
Well, Luffy is pretty stupid. And Law has abilities that you can't afford to let hit you even once unless you have enough Haki. Nothing suggests that Luffy's Haki is good enough. To be honest, all Law needs to do is hit Luffy with one Mez or Radio Knife or cut, and Luffy is ****ed.

Considering their portrayal, they should be close. In a serious fight with full knowledge on Law's abilities(basically in the situation where Vergo was), Law shouldn't win with anything less than high/extreme difficulty if he even can(i think Luffy is stronger). If you think otherwise, then you're delusional
