[Theory] SMILE vs. True Zoan- Differences and Theories

Chapter 795 was interesting, as it revealed a SMILE user. Sheepshead from the Kaido pirates.

What caught my attention, was the anatomically incorrect partial transformation. I can't recall any Zoan user transforming a part of his body into a anatomically displaced animal/zoan part. (Excluding Chopper. He is a special case with the rumble balls transformations [post time skip learned to do without rumble, probably "activated fruit abilities"] and the Human Human fruit.]
There may be a hint within the name "Sheepshead". I'd interpret that meaning SMILE may/can only grant you "partial" Animal abilities, as in this case the horns of a male sheep/goat. But thats just an idea.
I also noticed in this chapter, that Momonuske can't swim (and REMAINED tranformed). I don't know if that had happened somewhere before in Punk Hazard or Dressrosa, but he has a Vegapunk pre-SMILE fruit. So, I'd guess that SMILE makes you lose the ability to swim, just like the original fruits do.
Just throwing it out there and these kind of threads have come and gone, but now Oda has actually placed some hints open for interpretation. He made a special point of Brooke being confused by the spawning of the "Horns" and he put Brooke and Momonuske under water to show Momo drowning. Interesting: Momo was in dragon form. He should have transformed back into human form by being in the water.
Additionally the girl being seeked out by Kaido seems to also have a Zoan/SMILE ability.


Any ideas and comments concerning SMILE vs. Zoan?
I also think Chopper will have an interesting role in the unraveling of SMILE. He is somewhat of an expert in the Zoan community of the OP World.

Not enough info yet but I guess one will be insignificant too the other while having a special attribute that may want you pick wisely.

Maybe Artificial can eat multiple artificial. The transformation can be stronger but harder too control and time limit. It could be a more purer form of the animals instinct in a Artificial maybe loosing your mind. Because why is there only Zoans why not Paramecia, Mythical Zoans Zoans and Logias

I think when it comes to Smile and SMILE transformations a lot is still unknown but sheepshead was just a glimpse or a little idea. What we need is more info
