Basically, Smile dog is a legendary internet myth that begun all from one picture, it's basically a photoshopped (hopefully) picture of a dog with a crazy face. And I mean crazy. Not just crazy... but homicidal. Like a crazy homicidal dog. Yes. That's right. Think Ghost-face meet Scooby Doo.
There's actually a story in this as well - Supposedly it was created by the infamous forum 4chan, a random user showed the photoshopped picture and included a creepy copy-pasta. This happened in 2008, I believe.
Smile dog is also the root of internet chains, if you've ever seen one of the ''spread this to 5 other people or you'll die'' bullcrap - well this started it all of. Supposedly it causes epileptic seizures while you sleep, of course it is fake (I've tried it out) but the picture itself is incredibly weird/freaky, especially if you're going to view it at night.
