5 seconds? lol if gathering Senjutsu was so easy, naruto would have no need of his clones.

You should read the manga again. Using clones was Naruto's initiative to use his SM much longer like Jiraiya fusing Ma and Pa to use them to gather natures engergy when he's fighting. Naruto used clones instead of fusing Ma and Pa because Kurama won't allow.

Why would Ma and Pa say something about the 4th when in they are comparing a student and his teacher. Go back to the chapter where sage mode was introduced at Tsunade's office.



I have explained already about Obito. About Juubito, KCM/BM was more important than SM in that situation. He was supporting Naruto with power and was sharing chakra to the alliance.

So despite Naruto adding the senjutsu chakra Minato could'nt mention something to the effect of "Hey,I can't use SM right now so can you add nature energy to the rasengan?"That does'nt sound credible at all.

1.I think minato having SM contradicts what we have seen so far but I make due where explaination can be provided, in the case of Jubito's fight, minato may have not been able to use it in combination with BM - as stated by kurama, naruto surpassed his predecessors in terms of chakra control

So you think a genius like minato couldn't master senjutsu past Naruto who had all of 3 days to master it? Naruto entered SM in seconds within this war arc.

I find it hard to believe someone can be a Perfect Sage and yet take more than 30 seconds to gather Senjutsu chakra unless it is their first time using it at all. The hardest part of mastering Senjutsu is balancing the chakra, not taking in in.

In the end of the day even if you're right, you're speculating, and it's terrible writing for an author to force his readers to speculate just to answer a simple question. And that is the definition of Ass-pull.

Do u really think "he don't have it because he didn't use it" is a valid argument? Sasuke Uchiha didn't use PS against Obito at first despite of being one of the smartest characters in NV and knowing the fact that he is fighting against an opponent far stronger than himself,would u consider it as an asspull because he didn't pulled it when Obito nearly killed Naruto as well as Sasuke? obviously NO there are different conditions that sould be taken into consideration,Minato using SM against Kyuubi would ruin whole plot,Minato having SM makes perfect sense and Pa mentioned that Naruto surpassed those who came b4 him when Naruto trolled pain.Nither Pa nor Ma knew abot Naruto even though he has a contract with toads but they knew about Minato which suggests that Minato trained for SM.I admit the fact that it is not 100% proof to say that he learned SM but that is how foreshadowing and stuff works IMO.

Am I seriously reading this? - I dont think there is one person who doesnt know this, but what does it have to do with my statement??

I'm saying that 5 seconds is too short a time to gather enough Natural Energy, Naruto needed ~5 minutes at first to gather enough natural energy to be able to enter a complete sage mode, and he used the clones to prevent him from running out

Minato on the other hand doesnt seem to be using clones which means he will run out sooner than naruto, thereby 5 seconds of gathering would have zero usefulness.

like I said youre speculating because you refuse to believe minato can be inferior to naruto in anyway "despite the fact naruto surpassed minato in his own creations, namely rasengan" and he certainly surpassed his predecessors in terms of sage mode, his only downside was kuramas resistance, but after befriending him, that was no issue anymore.

Waitnig so long to use sm is an asspull by most definitions sir.

It would have been very usefull in his other confilicts,the fact that kishi is just now showing it is him pulling it out of thin air or an asspull as is the common terminology to use around the base and is bad writing.

I like your theory but even if your theory is correct kishi still dropped the ball.....point pen

hmm supporting Naruto instead of using his SM + FTG along side Tobirama's help ........................... you don't think that would have been better ??

you see Minato demonstrated how fast he can transform (to SM AND KCM), yet you don't think he could have swapped between modes to be more effective ??

the only thing that can explain Minato's inconsistent usage of SM is if he had a slow transformation process but, it only took him one page/very short time (almost instant).

Hashi was able to enter Sm in an instant. Minato did the same thing. It means that they can gather natures energy fast. Yeah, Naruto at first needed enough time to enter SM but as time progresses he can enter SM faster. Correct me if I'm wrong but did Naruto enter SM in an instant during his fight with the 3rd raikage?

Sasuke used PS the moment he discovered that he could balance out his chakra further. Not a valid example, bhai jaan.

Who said he could maintain it for that long?
The instant minato used sage mode he was out of sage mode. Should consider that.

What could possibily hit that he can't keep it for, Idk, more than 5 seconds? He used it against madara, but I didn't see his eyes again to tell he was no longer in SM.
