Does it really matter who is faster?

They're so close in speed that it doesn't make a difference, at all. Not only that, Naruto's arsenal circumvents that which would make it:

The only reason people argue this is because Sasuke hasn't displayed any true foot speed feats since his Indra power up.

Others also bring up the fact that Naruto has been keeping up with Sasuke's teleportation with foot speed alone which is pretty damn impressive.



Certain users have also been using Madara being cut in half as a feat. It is indeed a S/T feat, but in reality Madara's back was to him leaving him open for anything. Not only that, Madara had enough time to comment on said situation. It's a feat that despite him having a head sizable head start, Sasuke still got within range of him.

Madara being cut in half wasn't due to him being blitzed, unlike that sword feat. It was due to him focusing on Kamui.

I consider being blitzed is when you're overwhelmed by speed and fail to react or comprehend whats going on or what happened.

Fact: Madara did the following.

1. Understood the situation
2. Reacted enough to comment on Sasuke's S/T speed before the initial cut
3. Was still fast enough to Kamui himself away before Sasuke had a chance to confirm the kill.

Sasuke S/T speed is greater than Naruto's foot speed.

Naruto's foot speed is greater than Sasuke's foot speed.

Overall speed: Sasuke=Naruto

True speed: Naruto> Sasuke

Naruto kcm speed is over hyped !!!! After he achived kcm , who did he speed blitz ? He didnt overwhelm anybody with his new speed . As far as sasuke . im not sure if he is teleporting , using body flicker , or just regular foot speed . Or is it a rinnegan tech ?

bold4. flawed logic. being able to comment does not mean he could have reacted as commenting is much easier done than being able to physically move your body which takes up more stress. reacting is obv harder thing to do so that is moot.
bold5. another fanfic. he was simply blized because sasuke was too fast. madara had his staff which he used to cut off minatos arm, he could have easily used that to stop sasukes assault afterall he did say he would take the guys rinnegan before. this would have been the perfect opportunity as sasuke was alone but the truth is sasuke speed was faster than he could react.
being blized is not just that, thats merely your criteria. being blized is simply being attacked swifly before you could move your body to dodge or stop the assault which is clearly what happened. commenting doesnt mean anything as its much easier to comment than to physically move your body. since becoming juubi jin madara has never allwoed anyone hit him if he could stop it. so all this talk about him allowing sasuke hit him is nothing more than nicely crafted fan fiction.

1. Cutting through Madara is a S/T feat & striking speed feat. 90% of the initiation was because S/T allowed him to get within range.

2. Naruto is in fact keeping up with Sasuke. I never said he was neck and neck with him because that would mean they were equal in speed (Which they aren't). It wasn't even a headstart as Sasuke was telling Naruto to initiate because he was about to do the same. Being outclassed would be Naruto not even being halfway towards kaguya when Sasuke teleported to his destination.

3. In the panel I shown, Madara was just halfway turning around just as Sasuke appeared. So you're right, his entire back wasn't towards him, but it was enough for him to be wide open. About Tobirama. Sasuke's striking speed out of an S/T is better than Tobirama's. Madara picked up on Sasuke immediately and as he turned, he commented on Sasuke's speed before being cut.

That's news to me. I thought madara went out of saauke's range meaning it was pure footspeed that allowed him to catch up to madara despite the head start madara had.

Kinda like gow kakashi reacted to madara before he stole his eye huh. Generating a thought is not reacting. Sasuke was so fast madara didn't even move after realizing sasuke was there.

Honestly I'm mot convinced Sasuke is stronger than BM Naruto.
Samsung's equivalent was suppose to be rinnegan but then naruto powered up again............and again........and again........and then sasuke powers up. Naruto for 3 different BM's before sasuke got the rinnegan
