Actually, if Nagato absorbs to much Senjutsu filled attacks then he will sub come to petrification. That's why absorbing Senjutsu is a no no. Absorb to much, and your a dead man, absorb a small amount, and you'll be fine.

Your correct about Bm Minato winning. He's faster then Bm Naruto, and can keep up with BSM Naruto, who is still slightly slower then Minato.
