That doesn't change the fact that Shika is the smarter one! It's like arguing who is stronger, it doesnt matter who had it the hardest or how they got that strong, the stronger person is still the strongest. As Shikamaru is smarter than Kakashi, it doesnt matter how its used or how he got his smarts, he's still smarter.
