I believe based off feats alone that minato is the smartest fighter out of the hokages! Naruto is a smart fighter but doesn't have a high intellect lol....he gets his battle smarts from his dad,the guy who soloed a war and obito after a swing in a miss / maybe a 90 second fight lol..... Tobirama has the higher intellect out of all the hokages (but it is clear that minato is the quicker thinker in battle out of all the hokage!) ...and alot of people forget that minato has been emotional about fighting his student who he thought was dead, Obito has been tnj minato for the longest leaving minato unable to fight at his top potential....

What Tobirama did in this war is same as what Minato did till now in manga....

Minato saved the alliance by himself.... Minato soloed a whole war...minato was able to solo obito after one swing in a miss....minato space time barrier a tbb by a full kyuubi....minato was able to dodge A at full speed and take his back!......tobirama sacrificed his Edo tensei just to place one Ftg tag! Not to bright lol...he also waited to the last minute to help minato get the tbb off his arm (it is obvious he was observing the fight from a distance at that point) ...which is cowardly! What has he done that was truely intelligent in battle yet???

Tobirama gets no credit for naruto using sage mode rasengan on juubito....he only sinced narutos sage chakra then Ftg him there! In that case minato gets credit for Ftg everyone outside of the barrier! Smh they both were narutos ideas

See Bro...Minato is a s/t user there is no need form him to use a strategy to teleport a TBB..Quick reaction alone is enough to do that and for some one like Minato it isn't a prob....
