Minato is a smart ninjutsu creator. He was a young hokage and in that age he created power full ninjutsu's like rasengan and ftg . I was wondering if he didnt die he could create more dangerouse ninjutsu's this guy was ****ing genius + im not minato fan so are u agree with me?

Your opinion, but the "Smartest" Character is one who have strong determination and will-power to fought for a cause. Stupid right? One is not strong for how many Jutsu they know or mastered..... Its something similar with Jiraiya said to Naruto.

You seem to be confusing strength with smarts. Any knuckle-head can have strength and determination, but it doesn't make them smart.

He is diffrent from other char's this guy invents powerfull ninjutsu's like he copyed the function of TBB and created rasengan thas is epic man and its not an easy thing
